초록1 본 연구의 목적은 공급사슬관리에서 제조업체의 민첩성 제고가 공급업체들의 유연성 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향과 프로세스 혁신성의 조절효과를 규명하는데 있다.
연구의 결과 민첩성은 유연성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로, 유연성은 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로, 프로세스 혁신성은 조절변수로서 역할을 하지 않는 것으로, 마지막으로 유연성은 매개변수로서의 역할을 하는 것으로 연구되었다.
그러므로 민첩성이 요구되는 반응적 공급사슬에서 제조업체의 민첩성 제고는 전체 공급사슬 구성원의 유연성 제고에 영향을 미치며, 공급업체들 역시 유연성을 제고하는 것이 제조업체의 민첩성 제고에 부응하고, 제조업체와의 지속적인 거래관계인 파트너십을 유지할 수 있는 핵심요소라는 사실을 규명 하였다.
초록2 This study aims to examine the influence of improved agility of a manufacturer on the flexibility and business performances of the suppliers in supply chain management and to the effect of controlling the process innovativeness.
The findings show that agility has positive(+) effects on flexibility, flexibility has no positive(+) effect on the business performances, process innovativeness does not function as a controlling variable, and lastly, flexibility functions as a parameter.
Hence, it turned out that in a reactive supply chain that requires agility, the improvement of a manufacturer's agility affects the improvement of flexibility of all members in the supply chain, and that the improvement of suppliers' flexibility as well is a major factor to facilitate the manufacturer's agility as well as long-lasting partnership or continuous transaction with the manufacturer.
