초록1 본 연구에서는 해외진출 외식기업의 경영사례분석에 초점을 맞추어, 사례분석을 위한 체계적 분석틀을 도출하고 연구결과의 실무적 활용성을 고려하여 AHP분석을 이용한 중요도분석을 실시하였다. 개발된 분석틀은 사례개요, 사례배경, 사례현황, 시사점으로 분류되었으며, 분류기준에 따라서 13개의 분석항목과 55개의 주요지표를 포함하는 분석내용으로 제시되었다. 아울러 전문가 집단조사를 통해 수행된 AHP분석에서는 변형된 BSC모형으로 구성된 사례현황(0.678)이 중요하게 나타났고 분석항목에서는 시장상황(0.321)과 경영자특성(0.256)에서 중요도가 높게 나타났으며, 세부적인 성과지표 간 가중치 산정결과에서는 음식의 질(0.062)이 가장 높은 우선순위로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 BSC와 AHP를 활용하여 해외진출 외식기업의 합리적인 분석체계 구축에 필요한 이론적 프레임워크를 제공하였다는데 학문적 의의가 있으며, 해외진출 외식기업의 성과를 여러 관점에서 분석할 수 있는 다양한 시각을 제공하였다는데 실무적 의의가 있다.
초록2 In this research, we attempted to draw systemic analysis outline for business case study, focusing on the business case analysis for overseas marketing management of food service enterprise. we also conducted an importance analysis using AHP analysis technique in consideration of the practical application of our result of study. The analysis outline we developed was divided into 4 categories the summary of each case, the background, current state of the case, and implication. 13 analysis factors and 55 major indicators were suggest under standard. AHP analysis was also carried out with group investigation by experts In this analysis, the current state of a case presented as modified BSC model was found to be important(0.678) Among analysis factors, the market condition(0.321) and the characteristic of CEO(0.256) was shown to be very important, while the weight calculation result between detailed performance indicators defined the quality of food(0.062) as the highest priority. The result of this study carries academic significance as it has provided the theoretical framework to establish the logical analyze system, applying BSC and AHP, specialized for overseas market operation of food service enterprise. It also carries practical significance for suggesting various points of view for analyzing the performance of the operation.
