초록1 본 문은 사마천의 화식열전을 통하여 司馬遷의 경제치국사상과 경영관을 연구하였다. 우선 화식열전의 시대적 배경과 사마천이 漢武帝의 경제정책을 비판하기 위해 제시한 경제치국이론을 살펴보았다. 이어서 사마천이 당시 성공한 부자들의 치부사례를 통하여 제시된 경영관을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 사마천의 경제치국관과 경영관이 오늘에 어떠한 시사점을 제시하는 지를 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 오늘날 자본주의 경제체제 속에서 국가가 어떠한 경제관리 기능을 수행해야 하는지, 기업의 올바른 경영관은 무엇인지를 재조명하고 있다는 점에서 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다.
초록2 This paper looks into <Huo Tales> written by Sima Qian, which fully describes his economic ideas of rule and business value. First, on the basis of <Huo Tales> background, this paper analyzes the economic theory that Sima Qian once brought forward to correct emperor Wu of Han’s economic policy. Further, the paper analyzes the business value by introducing valuable business cases of successful people. Finally, the paper points out the implication of Sima Qian’s economic concept of rule and business value in modern government’s economic management and business management. This paper suggests the government's function of economic management and the company's correct view of management in capitalist economic system.
