| 초록1 | 우리나라의 BI는 대학BI를 중심으로 양적으로 비약적인 성장은 물론 운영성과 측면에서도 정책적 목표를 달성하고 있으나, 반면 효과적인 역할 수행을 위한 체계적인 연구는 아직 부족한 실정이다. 초기 연구는 짧은 창업보육사업의 경험으로 BI의 현황파악과 이에 대한 개선책을 제시하는 탐색적 연구가 많이 수행되었다. 또 BI에 대한 선행연구들은 운영시스템 특성이나 성공요인을 규명함으로서 BI의 효율적 운영을 위한 방향의 제시나 정책적 연구 중심으로 수행되었다. 본 연구는 입주기업에 대한 지원서비스가 입주기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 세부적으로 규명함으로써 BI기업에 대한 지원서비스 체계를 개선하고 입주기업의 경영성과를 얻기 위한 효과적 모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위한 연구의 결과 창업보육센터가 입주기업에게 제공하는 서비스 중 창업보육센터의 입주기업에 대한 경영․행정적 지원과 기술적지원은 입주기업의 매출액 증가에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 창업보육센터의 경영․행정적 지원과 기술적 지원 또한 입주기업의 고용인원 증가에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 창업보육센터가 제공하는 서비스 중 물리적 지원요소는 입주기업의 매출과 고용인원 증가 등 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향이 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 창업보육센터가 입주기업에게 제공하는 서비스 중 물리적 요소보다 비 물리적 요소가 입주기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요소임을 확인하였다. 따라서 창업보육센터가 입주기업의 경영성과를 높이기 위하여 물리적 요소보다는 기업의 환경에 맞는 경영·행정적 지원과 기술적 지원 등 비 물리적 지원요소를 중심으로 입주기업의 성장을 지원하여야 할 것이다. | ||
| 초록2 | Although BI of our country is not only achieving rapid quantitative growth around the college BI and political target in managerial aspect, a systematic research for effective role performance is still insufficient. Many earlier studies were of explanatory research which proposed current situation of BI and reform measures based on the short experience of business incubator. Also, precedent studies on the BI were carried out around suggestions for efficient operation of BI or political study by investigating characteristics of the operation system or success factors. This study intended to suggest an effective model to improve the system of support services of BI business and to achieve business performances of a movement for the firms by investigating the effect of support services on the business performance of moving-in firms. First summary of a hypothesis is that the business/administrative support and technical support on the moving-in firms of BI center had a significant effect on the sales growth of moving-in firms, and business/administrative support and technical support of BI center also had a significant effect on the increased number of employs of moving-in firms as well. However, it showed that the physical support from many services provided by BI incubator center do not make significant effect on the management performances, such as increase in sales or number of employs of moving-in firms. Among the services provided by business incubation center to the moving-in business, the study indicates that management and administrative services for new businesses are making significant influence on their sales growth, and management and administrative services as well as technical support are making significant influence on increased number of employees. However, the study showed that physical supporting elements among services provided by business incubation center did not make adequate influence on the business performances of new businesses, such as sales growth and increased number of employees. Among the provided services to the new business by a business incubation center, it was identified that un-physical elements are the prominent factors to affect sales growth of new businesses than physical elements. Therefore, it would be necessary for business incubation center to support the sales growth of new businesses around management, administrative, and technical support and other non-physical supporting elements for increased sales growth rather than providing physical elements. | ||
