초록1	본 연구에서는 팀 협동학습 참여자를 대상으로 팀 몰입에 대한 변혁적 리더십의 영향력을 검증하였다. 특히 변혁적 리더십은 집단과 개인변수로 구분하여 그 영향력을 분리하여 검증하고자 하였다. 그리고 LMX가 팀 몰입에 미치는 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 팀 협동학습에 참여하는 학생 196명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 집단 변수인 카리스마는 팀 몰입을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 개인변수인 지적자극은 팀 몰입을 높이는 것으로 나타났으나, 개인적 배려의 영향력은 검증되지 않았다. 또한 LMX는 팀 몰입에 대한 지적자극의 영향력을 매개하는 것으로 나타났으나, 개인적 배려의 매개효과는 검증되지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과는 변혁적 리더십의 영향력은 팀 수준과 개인수준에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 영향력은 각각 교차하며 서로 영향력을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 팀 유효성에 미치는 변혁적 리더십의 영향력을 다양한 관점에서 분석할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

초록2	This study addresses the effect of group-level and individual-level transformational leadership on team commitment. We propose that effect of intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration on team commitment by leader-member exchange(LMX). We examine the influence of transformational leadership on team commitment among team cooperative learning participants. We specially analyzes the effect of group-level and individual-level variables on transformational leadership, respectively. We also examine the moderate effect of LMX toward team commitment. We conduct a survey of 196 students participating in cooperative learning team and the result of the survey is in the following paragraphs. We collected 33 group-level and 172 individual-level data from students in business subject. We tested the model using hierarchical liner modeling (HLM) and we employee AMOS 18.0 and HLM 6.0 for analysis. Our findings are: Firstly, carisma in group-level variable and intellectual simulation increased team commitment. Secondly, LMX plays a mediating role between carisma, intellectual stimulation and team commitment.
