● 개요: This paper describes and comments on the experience gained from the implementation of a Total Quality Management System for a software vendor. The Total Quality Management System is tailored to the specific needs of the client and as such provides a rich source of empirical results for the support of future work in the field of total quality management. Application of this implementation should contribute to overall improvements on quality, cost, and effective business operations.
This paper briefly presents each component of the Total Quality Management System as implemented. In addition, any obstacles and difficulties encountered during the course of the implementation are also discussed.
