초록1 이 연구의 목적은 창조경제를 위한 일자리 창출의 하나로 고택 및 산막타운을 근거지로 한 -1,2,3차 산업을 연관· 페키지화 하여 그 사업 수익성 분석을 도출하고 연계관광성을 제시하는 탐색적 사례연구이다. 근대들어 건강을 주제로 한 한방관광의 수요증가와 함께 고택과 새로운 일자리창출의 핵심요인이 산막타운과 한반광광을 연계관광 상품화 하여 관광수요 창출 및 일자리 창출은 창조관광의 한 예로 볼 수 있겠다. 특별 사례지로 인삼시배지인 진안산양삼 단지와 괴정 고택을 연계하는 한방관광사업 안을 가지고 4가지기법을 활용한 타당성 분석을 시도한 사례연구이다, 재무타당성 분석 결과는 회수기간은 1.5년, 회계적이익율 200%, 내부수익율 102.9028 %, 순현재가치 약 12억 원 으로서 사업성이 양호한 것으로 분석되었고 , 본 연구전체의 일자리 창출 수는 34,220명이다.
초록2 The objective of this explorative feasibility case study - on the oriental medicine tourism's job creation for creative tourism using old houses and mountain town is to find out the business profitability and connect tourism to all sectors of oriental medicine industry including primary, secondary and tertiary related industries. For example case study of creative tourism, a specific case area, Jin-An province, the first trial plantation area in Korea to cultivate ginseng, has been chosen for this study, to formulate and analyze the strategy of oriental medicine tourism program (LOHAS oriental medicine therapia). Jin-An Goe-jung old house with connecting tour package has been included for this purpose and four feasibility study methods have been used in this study, which are payback period method, accounting rate of return method, Internal rate of return method and net present value method. The results are PP of 1.5, ARR of 200%, IRR of 102.9028% and NPV of about 1.2 billion won. The estimate number of all job creation is 34,220.
