초록1 본 연구는 모바일 쇼핑 경험이 있는 대학생들을 대상으로 모바일 커머스 애플리케이션 선택속성과 서비스 품질 중요도와 만족도를 파악하고 제시함으로써 모바일 쇼핑객의 만족을 제고하고 향후 차별화된 마케팅 전략방안을 도출하고자 하였다.
모바일 커머스 선택속성과 서비스 품질을 IPA분석을 한 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 모바일 쇼핑구매자들은 컨텐츠 특성, 디자인/가시성, 다운로딩, 유용성, 즉시 연결성을 중요하게 생각하고 있으며, 이러한 속성들에 대해서는 만족을 하고 있었다.
둘째, 지속적 관리와 유희성의 경우 선택 속성으로서의 중요도는 낮았으며, 이에 대한 만족도 또한 낮은 편이었다. 일반적으로 모바일 쇼핑을 비롯한 전자상거래에서 강조되는 지속적 관리, 즉 푸쉬/알림메일의 용도와 효과를 다시 한 번 확인할 필요가 있다.
셋째, 상호작용 품질은 중요도가 높음에도 불구하고 만족도가 낮아서 개선이 필요한 속성으로 제시되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 모바일 커머스 소비자의 만족을 높이고 전략을 수립하는 방안을 제시하였다.
초록2 As analyzing choice factors of mobile commerce applications and importance & satisfaction index of service quality for university students who have mobile shopping experience, this study would increase the satisfaction of mobile shoppers and derive differentiated marketing strategy plan. IPA analysis result for choice factors of mobile commerce and service quality is as follows.
First, mobile shoppers consider content characteristics, design/visibility, downloading, usefulness and direct connection as important factors, and were satisfied with these factors.
Second, in case of continued management and pleasure, importance & satisfaction index was low. Commonly, push/alarm mail for continued management that is important of E-commerce including mobile shopping should be considered again.
Third, even though importance index of interaction quality was so high, interaction quality that had lower satisfaction index was in need of improvement.
Based on these results, I suggested plan to develop a strategy for increasing customer satisfaction.
