초록1 본 연구는 공급사슬 통합의 선행요인과 공급사슬 통합성과 간의 관계를 연구하는 것이 주요 목적이다. 따라서 독립변수로서 통합 선행요인, 매개변수로서 공급사슬 통합, 조절변수로서 적극적 갈등대응, 종속변수로는 통합성과를 선정하였으며, 이들 간의 관계를 (다중)회귀분석을 통해 검정하였다.
먼저 통합 선행요인은 공급사슬 통합에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로, 공급사슬 통합은 통합성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 적극적 갈등대응은 외부통합과 외부만족성과 사이에서만 조절변수로서 역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었으며, 공급사슬 통합은 통합 선행요인과 통합성과 사이에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
이러한 연구결과를 통해 공급사슬에서 기업들이 공급사슬을 통합하고자 하는 선행요인을 찾아냈으며, 내부통합과 외부통합으로서 공급사슬을 통합하는 경우 기업의 성과를 제고할 수 있다는 것을 제시한다.
초록2 The main purpose of this study is to investigate the antecedents of supply chain integration in relation with the supply chain integration performanceswith constructive conflict resolution. Therefore, the study selected supply chain integration’s Antecedents factors as independent variables, integration of supply chain as parameters, constructive conflict resolution as moderating variables, and lastly integration performances as dependent variables, and the paper verified relationship among them through (multiple) regression analysis.
First of all, the result shows that the integration’s antecedents factors have positive effects on the integration of supply chain, and the integration of supply chain show positive effects on the integration performances. It has been verified that constructive conflict resolution play roles as moderating variables only between external integration and external satisfaction performances, and the types of integration have moderating roles between the integration’s antecedents factors and the integration performances.
Based on study results, this article has drawn antecedents of supply chain regarding companies intending to integrate their supply chain. The, this study suggests that it is possible to enhance corporate performances when their supply chain is integrated through both internal integration and external integration.
