초록1 본 연구는 DEA 모형의 한계를 극복하고 보다 체계적인 경영 효율성 평가를 위하여 BSC 개념을 도입한 DEA-AHP 연계 모형을 기반으로 하여, 수많은 검진기관들과 치열한 경쟁을 하고 있는 A검진센터의 사례에 적용하였다. 먼저 본 연구에서는 투입 및 산출 요소가 과다하여 발생하는 DEA 모형의 한계를 극복하면서, A검진센터가 현재 비전정립과 함께 사용하고 있는 많은 성과평가지표들을 가급적 수용하기 위해 BSC 개념을 도입하였다. 그리고 현실적인 상황을 반영하기 위해 AHP 기법을 통해 평가항목의 가중치를 도입한 DEA/BSC/AHP 연계 모형을 설정하여 분석하였다. 그리고 Tier 분석을 실시해서 효율 프론티어를 구하고, 비효율 지부가 효율성을 갖추기 위한 단계별 벤치마킹 경로와 함께, 준거집단인 효율지부 선형결합을 통하여 개선의 방향을 모색하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 관련 의료기관 및 조직의 경영효율성을 평가하는데 매우 적절하게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
초록2 This purpose of this paper is to measure the efficiency of A health screening center. Weuse the BSC(Balance Scorecard) concept, and the DEA(data envelopment analysis) model, AHP(analytic hierarchy process) technique, and combined model of BSC, DEA and AHP integration model for measuring the efficiency of A health screening center. For the practical applicability of the A health screening center, the researchers suggest the evaluation process of the efficiency analysis by the Excel spreadsheet and macro program.
This paper measured the efficiency of management by applying the concept of 'Efficiency=Output/Input' to AHP. Especially, output scores of the output hierarchies was established by BSC from Kaplan and Norton(1992). Also, the relative weights of the output hierarchies were measured by AHP techniques. And the researches review the benchmarking and innovation process of the branches through the tier analysis. The DEA/BSC/AHP model of this paper will be contributed to evaluate and reform the affiliated organizations.
