초록1 창조경제는 우리 새 정부의 주요정책 과제 중 하나로써 정부는 창조경제의 실현을 위한 창업 활성화와 기업가정신의 확산을 위해 노력하고 있다. 이러한 정부의 적극적인 창업지원 정책은 많은 창업기업들을 탄생시키고 있으나 창업기업들의 생존율은 그 기대 이하로 나타나고 있다. 향후 지속적으로 증가하게 될 창업기업들의 지속적인 성장을 위하여 창업기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 다양한 연구가 필요한 시점이다.
기업은 창업가에 의해 탄생되어 창업가의 사명과 목표 그리고 조직운영에 따라 각각의 방법으로 성장해 나아간다. 따라서 창업기업에서 창업가의 생각과 행동은 조직의 분위기를 결정하고 방향을 정하는데 그 무엇보다도 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 특히 창업가의 행동은 창업기업의 조직을 구성하고 있는 구성원들의 의식과 행동에까지 영향을 미치고 이는 창업기업의 성과와 존속에 결정적인 영향을 미치게 되기 때문에, 창업가의 리더십 행동에 대한 다양한 연구가 필요하다.
본 연구는 기업의 관리자나 임원들의 행동이 조직구성원들의 동기부여에 영향을 준다는 기존의 연구들과는 달리 연구의 대상을 창업기업들로 한정하여 연구를 진행하였고, 조직구성원들의 동기부여와 조직시민행동에 대해 의미 있는 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제시된 시사점을 통해 탄생만큼이나 중요한 창업기업의 생존율 향상에 작게나마 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
초록2 Creative economy is on of the major policy of our new government and government is fostering entrepreneurs and inspiring entrepreneurship to realize creative economy. Although active and various entrepreneurship support program of government produces many small and midium sized enterprises and startups, the survival rate of those are far under expected.
All entrepreneurs go about leading their startups in own way depend on entrepreneurs' mission, goal, and method of organization management. Thus, entrepreneurs' thought and behavior is the most important factor to confirm startup's direction and make environment of organization. Especially the behavior of entrepreneur affects thought and behavior of employees in startups and this result coming from entrepreneur's behavior affects the performance and substantiality of the firm. That is, the research on the leadership behavior of entrepreneurs is certainly needed at this time.
The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between entrepreneur's leadership behavior and employees' motivation and organizational citizenship behavior, so survey was conducted to small and midium sized enterprises which were born in less than 6 years. This study would contribute substantiality of the firm and increase new firm's survival rate via the result of this study.
