초록1 T기업이 급격한 변화에 대처하기 위해서는 최선의 전략 수립과 실행이 필요하다. 이로 인해 전략의 효율성 및 성과의 측정은 경영자에게 매우 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 성과측정시스템으로 각광받고 있는 BSC의 도입이 기업의 전략유형에 따라 기업성과에 상이한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 구체적으로 첫째, 차별화우위전략을 취하는 기업과 원가우위전략을 취하는 기업 간의 기업성과가 다른지를 먼저 알아보고, 둘째, BSC 도입기업과 미도입기업 간의 기업성과에 차이가 있는지를 살펴본다. 셋째, 전략유형과 BSC도입 간의 상호작용이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한다.
연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원가우위전략보다 차별화우위전략을 취하는 기업의 성과가
더 높으며, 둘째, BSC 미도입기업보다 BSC 도입기업의 성과가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 차별화우위전략과 BSC도입 간의 상호작용은 기업성과 증진에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 차별화우위전략을 채택한 기업에서 BSC 도입의 효과가 상대적으로 증가함을 의미한다. BSC 역시 궁극적으로 기업의 재무성과 극대화를 목표로 실행된다. 이러한 측면에서 전략유형에 따라 BSC 도입이 기업성과에 미치는 영향이 상이해진다는 본 연구의 결과는 BSC 도입기업과 BSC 도입을 고려하고 있는 기업에게 시사하는 바가 크다고 생각된다.
초록2 To cope with rapid changes in business environment, companies are to formulate and execute the best strategy that is to be emphasized. Thus, in recent years the company's strategy efficiency and evaluate the performance measures are important that have been recognized. This paper is to research the effect of the performance measurement when considering the type of the company's strategy. In other words, the purpose of this paper is to research the effect of interaction of the type of strategy and BSC on firm's performance.
The results of the study as follows: First, the performance of the firms which have adopted the differentiation strategy is higher than the firms which have adopted the cost leadership strategy. Second, the performance of firms which have imported the BSC is higher than the firms which haven't imported the BSC. Third, the interaction between the type of strategy and the BSC is effect the firm's performance.
