초록1 본 연구는 사회적기업의 창업성과 영향요인인 사회적 창업가정신(social entrepreneurship), 경영역량, 조직문화 및 정부지원정책과 사회적 네트워크 등이 사회적기업의 경제적 성과 및 사회적 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구모형을 구축하고, 설정된 연구가설의 검증을 위해 사회적기업 185개를 대상으로 실증적 분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 사회적 창업가정신의 세부 요인인 혁신추구성, 진취성, 위험감수성 등은 경제적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 위험감수성의 경우 사회적 성과 창출에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 둘째, 경영역량은 경제적 성과 및 사회적 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친 바 있다. 셋째, 기업의 혁신지향, 과업지향 조직문화는 경제적 성과에, 혁신지향 및 관계지향 조직문화는 사회적 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 정부지원정책과 사회적 네트워크는 경제적 성과 및 사회적 성과에 유의한 조절효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구가 시사하는 바는 정부지원정책의 활용도 및 사회적 네트워크가 높을수록 경제적 성과 및 사회적 성과가 증가하는 조절효과를 실증분석한 점이다. 본 연구결과 향후 사회적기업의 지속적 성장과 발전을 위해서는 정부의 직접적 지원의 효율성을 높이고 기업의 내부 경쟁력을 갖추는 것이 우선적인 과제라고 할 수 있다
초록2 This study has the purpose to find the affecting factors for the social enterprise entrepreneurial performance. Also this study were trying to expand to successful factors and models examining advanced foreign social enterprises. This study analyzed 185 domestic social enterprises that certified by government as a social enterprise. The factors of social enterprise were defined with 3 factors such as a social entrepreneurship, management competency, organizational culture, and 2 moderating factors, government assistant policy, social network. The Summarized results are as follows.
First, 'Innovativeness', 'Proactiveness', 'Risk-Taking', 'Social Value Orientation' of social entrepreneurship dimensions affects the economic performance. 'Innovativeness','Proactiveness', 'Social Value Orientation' of social entrepreneurship dimensions affects the social performance. Second, Social Entrepreneur's Competency dimensions are affects the economic performance. Competency of social entrepreneur affects profit performance directly. Third, the factors of organizational culture affects performance slightly that means today's social enterprise is weak in the systematic factors. Fourth, Government Assistance Policy and Social Network are moderating between social entrepreneurship, competency, organizational culture and performance. Especially social network dimensions are major critical factor revealed in empirical analysis in this study.
Lastly, social enterprise's economic performances are affects meaningfully to social performance. It is found that to raise competency of social enterprise is more important than government support.
