초록1 그동안 우리 사회에 팽배해 온 학력주의로 인하여 전문계 고등학교 학생의 70% 이상이 대학을 진학하고 대학을 졸업한 고학력 청년실업자가 늘어나는 등 많은 문제점이 제기되어 왔다. 이를 조금이나마 해소하고자 정부는 최근 대기업과 공공기관 및 금융기관을 중심으로 일정비율의 인원을 고졸자로 채용하는 방안을 추진하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 이러한 정부의 정책과 상업계 특성화고등학교의 교육과정 및 교육환경이 취업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있으며 충남소재 상업계 특성화고등학교와 종합고등학교에 재직 중인 교사 150명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회수된 설문지를 PASW ver18.0을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 정부의 고졸취업정책과 교육과정은 상업계 특성화고등학교의 취업성과에 의미 있는 영향을 미쳤으나, 교육환경은 의미 있는 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다.
초록2 Because of the prevailing scholastic ability in our society, many problems have been issued about the increases of university entrance ratio and relative decrease of high school career - youth employment etc. Recently, to solve these problems, government, now, pursuits the employment policy for a high school graduate focused on large companies, public agencies and financial institutions. This paper focuses on the employment performance by government employment policy, curriculum and educational environment in specialized commercial high schools. To do this, questionnaire survey was carried out for 150 teachers working at specialized commercial high schools and comprehensive high schools in Chungnam province. According to the results of this study with PASW statistics ver. 18.0, employment policy for a high school graduate and curriculum made significant effects in specialized commercial high schools, but educational environment did not. So the further study about it should be conducted in the future.
