초록1 본 연구는 대학조직을 대상으로 미국의 말콤볼드리지(MBNQA) 국가품질상 교육분야(Education Criteria for Performance Excellence)의 기준을 적용하여 리더십, 전략기획, 고객중시, 인적자원중시, 프로세스관리, 측정분석 및 지식경영과 교육성과간의 인과관계 및 매개효과를 검증하였다. 공분산구조분석 및 Sobel Test 분석 결과, MBNQA 교육평가모형의 7가지 범주사이에는 직·간접적인 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 28개의 가설 가운데 20개의 가설이 유의했으며 특히, 리더십은 기반과 방향을 통해 결과를 창조하는 시스템을 추진한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 대학조직에는 탁월한 리더십 및 측정분석 및 경영지식을 바탕으로 전략기획, 인정자원중시, 고객중시, 프로세스관리 등의 모든 부문에 발전이 있어야만 교육성과에 지대한 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 점에 있어서 큰 시사점을 제공해 준다고 할 수 있다.
초록2 This study which is intended for university using MBNQA education model is to examine the causal relationship and mediated effect for seven evaluation criteria as following : leadership; strategic planning; ; measurement; analysis and knowledge management; customer focus; human resources focus; process management and education results. The result of covariance structure analysis and sobel test, there are significant(direct and indirect) relationship among the seven categories of the MBNQA education model. 20 hypotheses out of 28 hypotheses are statistically significant. Leadership is identified as a driver to drive system that creates results foundation and direction. In the light of these findings, this study have great implications in a sense that even excellent leadership and foundation(analysis and knowledge management) cannot have significant effects upon outcomes in university without overall development including to strategic planning, customer focus, human resources focus and process management.
