초록1 본 연구는 시스템 이론, 사회적인지이론의 자기규제(self-regulatory) 프로세스와 경력관련 활동 등을 통합시킨 연구모형을 제시하고 전공몰입과 진로탐색 효능감이 직업탐색행동에 어떤 역할을 하고 있음을 규명하기 위한 목적을 가지고 있다. 실증분석을 통해 다음과 같은 연구 결론을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 대학생들은 전공에 몰입하게 됨으로써 개인 및 직업탐색, 관계구축, 면접 효능감 등 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 둘째, 직업탐색행동을 독립적 행동과 상호작용 행동으로 세분화하여 살펴본 결과, 진로탐색 효능감 중 관계구축 효능감은 비접촉 직업탐색 행동에 유의하게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 설명되고 있다. 또한 면접 효능감만이 상호작용 직업탐색행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되고 있다. 셋째, 전공몰입이 직업탐색행동에 미치는 관계에 대한 진로탐색 효능감의 매개효과를 규명하기 위한 테스트 결과, 개인 및 직업탐색 효능감 및 관계구축 효능감은 전공몰입이 직업탐색행동에 미치는 매개기능을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 면접 효능감은 전공몰입과 비접촉직업탐색 행동에만 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 설명되고 있다.
초록2 In this paper, we examine whether the commitment into academic major study would enhance job search efficacy and behavior, or not. We proposed the research model based on the system theory, social cognitive theory of Bandura, Theory of planned Behavior to examine the effects of academic major commitment on the job search behavior through the mediator of job search efficacy. Empirical findings concluded that (1)commitment into major study has influenced on the job search self-efficacy, (2)network building efficacy of job search efficacy has not affect on the detached job search behavior, but only interview efficacy has influence on the interactive job search behavior, (3) the partial mediator effect of job search efficacy on the relationship between commitment into major study and detached job search behavior has been confirmed.
