| 초록1 | 본 연구에서는 린생산방식을 도입하고 있는 국내 자동차기업을 중심으로 린생산방식의 이행수준을 조사하고 이들 기업들이 린생산방식을 도입하고 난 후 경영성과 변화에 대해 어떻게 인지하고 있는지를 분석하였다. 린생산방식 구성요소를 눈으로 보는 관리, QC분임조, 자주검사·자주보전, 제로 단도리, 소로트 즉납, 라인스톱 줄, U라인 다기능화의 7가지로 구성하였고, 경영성과분석을 위해 고객성과, 재무성과, 내부프로세스성과, 그리고 학습과 성장성과의 BSC(Balanced Score Card)를 참조하였다. 분석결과, 린생산방식 구성요소 중 린생산방식 실행의 밑바탕이 되는“눈으로 보는 관리”가 가장 잘 되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 도입기간에 따른 경영성과에서 도입기간이 길수록 경영성과가 더욱 높게 나타나 린생산방식이 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미침을 알 수 있다. 모듈별로 고객성과와 학습과 성장성과에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으나, 재무성과와 내부프로세스성과에서는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 마지막으로 생산방법에 따른 경영성과차이에서는 모든 성과측면에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. | ||
| 초록2 | In this study, we investigated the lean production practice level of automobile industries and their perception about management performance change after introducing lean production. The components of lean production were made up of Visible Control, Quality Circle, Self Inspection and Maintenance, Zero Defect, Small Lot Delivery, Line Stop, and U Line Multi-Skilled Labor. For the analysis of management performance, we referred to BSC(Balanced Score Card) including the perspectives of customer, finance, internal business processes, and learning and growth. As a result, it was shown that Visible Control, the basic component of lean production, was practiced better than the other lean production components. In the view of management performance according to introduction period, the longer the introduction period, the higher the management performance. This implicates that lean production significantly affects management performance. Only customer and learning and growth performances showed the statistically significant difference with respect to management performance by module. However, all four performances showed the statistically significant difference in the management performance by production method. | ||
