| 초록1 | 본 연구의 출발점은 교육품질, 교육서비스와 관련된 이전 선행연구와 달리 교수를 서비스제공자이자 한 명의 정보원으로 인식하고 교수가 가지고 있는 특성이 학생들의 태도와 반응을 알아보는 것이다. 연구목적은 지금까지 거의 연구되지 않은 정보원이 가지고 있는 매력성 효과를 대학 교수에게 적용하여 학생들이 지각하는 교수의 매력성 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 정보원으로서 교수가 가지고 있는 지각된 매력성이 교수에 대한 태도, 애착, 수업에 대한 태도, 그리고 학업성취도에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구는 대학에 재학 중인 학생 227명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과 연구모형에서 제시된 모든 가설이 지지되었다. 구체적으로 보면 먼저 교수가 가지고 있는 매력성은 교수에 대한 태도와 교수에 대한 애착에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 교수에 대한 태도는 교수에 대한 애착과 수업에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교수에 대한 애착은 학업성취도에 직접적 영향을 미치지만 동시에 수업에 대한 태도를 매개로 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그리고 수업에 대한 태도는 교수에 대한 태도와 학업성취도 간의 관계를 완전매개하고, 교수에 대한 애착과 학업성취도 간의 관계를 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. | ||
| 초록2 | The purposes of this study are as follows. First, this study is to analyze the effects of professors physical attractiveness as source characteristic on attitude toward the professor and attachment to professor. Second, the aim is to examine the relationship between attitude toward the professor and attachment to professor. Third, this study is to analyze the effects of attitude toward the professor and attachment to professor on attitude toward the class and also the effects of attachment to professor and attitude toward the class on academic achievement. Fourth, this study is to explore the fully mediating effects of attitude toward the class in the relationship between attitude toward the professor and academic achievement. In order to evaluative the validity of the research model. 227 questionnaires were collected from college students using internet survey. All the instrument items used in this study were adapted from previous research and the data were analyzed using SPSS 18 and AMOS 7. It was found that professor attractiveness has significant effects on attitude toward the professor and attachment to professor. This finding suggests that professor has to try to improve physical attractiveness with a favorable response from students. This study also found that both attitude toward the professor and attachment to professor have significant effects on attitude toward the class. These findings suggest positive attitude toward the class. And the present study has also shown that both attachment to professor and attitude toward the class significantly influenced academic achievement. The result regarding the mediating effects of the attitude toward the class have shown that attitude toward the effect of attitude toward the professor on academic achievement is completely mediated by attitude toward the class. This finding suggests that professor should try to make positive attitude in class to reaching a higher academic achievement. | ||
