| 초록1 | 본 연구는 1999년 1월 1일부터 2010년 6월 30일까지 11년 6월 사이 코스닥시장에 특허취득 공시한 172건의 중소벤처기업을 연구표본으로 R&D투자 활동의 성과인 특허취득 내용을 코스닥시장에 공시하면 해당기업의 주가가 어떠한 반응을 보여주는지 분석하였다. 분석한 결과를 정리하면 첫째, 특허취득 공시가 해당기업의 가치를 긍정적인 방향으로 유도하고 있다. 이는 투자자가 특허취득에 대해 경제적 효익을 누릴 수 있는 가치극대화 지지를 시사한다고 판단된다. 둘째, 특허취득 공시를 할 때 벤처기업, IT기업, 총자산에 대한 R&D투자 비율, 대주주 지분율 등의 변수가 특허공시 이전 1일부터 특허공시 이후 1일까지 구간의 누적초과수익률(CAR: Cumulative Average Residual)에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치고 있음을 발견하였다. 이들 변수가 특허공시 이전 1일부터 특허공시 이후 1일까지 구간의 기업가치 결정에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수임을 설명한다고 판단할 수 있다. | ||||||
| 초록2 | This study analyzes the influence on enterprise value of public announcement of obtaining a patent for 172 small venture business listed in KOSDAQ market during the period from January 1st 1999 to June 30th 2010. Summarizing the analysis results, first, public announcement of obtaining a patent leads a value of the company in a positive direction. Second, it is found that the variables such as venture company, IT company, R&D investment to total asset ratio, stake portion of major shareholder have a meaningful positive influence on cumulative average residual(CAR) during the period from 1 day prior to the patent announcement date to 1 day after the date. It can be judged that those variables influence on the decision of the enterprise value during the period. | ||||||
