The intention of this study is to construct a business system designed to facilitate the management of overseas branches of company K effectively, reduce business loss, and construct business processes to enhance business satisfaction.

We analyzed the process that is currently being employed in company K and decided that the temporary X factor that had an impact on efficient work processes, and the business process was improved by removing visible NVA(New Value Analysis) in the middle of the Process Map analysis process. We also performed a Normal Probability Plot Analysis and a correlation analysis to discern, in the process delay, the correlations between the nonexistence of software and the number of delay days in the monthly report due to the nonexistence of business experience by the person in charge.

Then we introduced an optimum scheme by performing a correlation analysis of the business manual in the new branches and the existence of manuals in all branches. Consequently, the prepayment balance in the beginning of 2005 in company K was decreased from 1.8 billion won to 1.2 billion won in the result of this study. These expenses are prepayment balance in accounting so we can reach the conclusion that opportunity interest cost of 30 million won can be saved, calculating opportunity interest cost to balance 600 million won in a year. It also can hold a prepayment of about 1 month. An unsettlement rate of 34% was reduced to 8%, and the settlement period of the differences in advance payments was reduced from an average of 81 days to an average of 63 days.
