● 개요: The definition of “Tumen River Resion Development” is definitely defined in the Fifth Conference of Tumen River Development Project Conservancy which was sponsored by UNDP in 1995. Tumen River is located on the border of China, Russia, and North Korea, and it has important strategic meanings. Tumen River Resion Development is hanged on its politics, economy and geographical position, and the mode of development must be the multilateral economics cooperation which has got the multilateral crossing development and system. With the daily change of the political economy situation of this resion, it must be contributed greatly in economic cooperation and regional security of northeast asia area and regional economy development.
