■ 초록 : It is argued that although the concept of Information System(IS) and Information Technology (IT) performance has been operationalized as multidimensional, including financial and nonfinancial impact, we are suffering from not having a comprehensive measurement tool because the IS performance is mainly based on the feedback of internal and external users. This paper is intended to change the viewpoint from users to investors in measuring the IS performance and to develop a generalizable framework for measuring performance within an IS.'
