초록1 이 연구는 고등교육기관, 감독당국, 외부전문평가기구로 구성되는 교육품질삼위일체의 관점에서 미국, 유럽, 일본의 기관 및 프로그램 평가인증제를 검토하여 최근까지의 현황을 살펴보고 현 시점에서 한국의 경영학 학문분야 평가인증제에 대한 수준을 평가하여 나아갈 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 대학(경영학학문단위)은 고등교육혁신의 1차 책임기관이라는 인식과 함께 경영학교육의 전문화(경영·회계전문인력양성), 특성화(융·복합교육 및 창의인재양성), 실용화(현장중심교육 및 맞춤형인재양성), 국제화(글로벌인재양성)와 같은 교육혁신전략을 자발적이고 적극적으로 추진하여야 한다. 감독당국(정부)은 간섭을 최소화하면서 대학운영의 자율성을 보장해주어야 하고 대학과 학문단위 교육혁신전략이 바람직한 방향으로 나아갈 수 있도록 관련 사업을 지속적으로 개발하여야 하며 현행 단기·정량지표중심의 평가방식을 지양해야 할 것이다. 외부전문평가기구(경인원)는 한국대학의 참여확대, 재정독립성확보, 아시아 지역 국가와의 교류확대 등 보다 실효성 있는 노력을 통해 경영학분야 대표전문평가기구로서의 브랜드를 구축하여야 한다. 한국의 경영학 학문분야 평가인증제가 보다 더 성공적으로 정착하려면 교육품질삼위일체의 노력은 조화를 이루어야 하는데 이를 위해 정성·정량지표, 장·단기지표가 균형을 이루는 전략적 성과관리시스템으로서의 평가인증시스템을 개발할 필요가 있다. 그리고 이를 보다 원활히 운영하기 위한 교육품질삼위일체의 상호 협력적 노력이 전제될 때 경영학학문분야의 교육품질은 보장될 것이고 국제통용성도 확보될 수 있을 것이다.
초록2 The purpose of this research is to review the accreditation system of Korean business program, to evaluate its current level, and finally to suggest the developmental strategies and future directions for Korean business accreditation system. The directions and developmental strategies of Korean business accreditation suggested by this research can be summarized as follows: In focusing university and business program, they must try to suggest newly vision and related business programs for the specialization, practical application, characterization, and globalization of business education with pride of responsibility organization in higher education innovation. In focusing government, government must guarantee the autonomy of universities and business programs, enlarge related business plans, and stop doing evaluation with quantitative short-term indicators. In focusing Korean association of business education accreditation(KABEA), it must complete successful Korean accreditation system that is well-fitted in the Korean circumstance with enlarged participation of Korean universities, securing financial independence and build a brand as a representative agency of international business accreditation. In order to establish business program accreditation systems successfully, education-quality trilogy must collaborate on establishment of strategy performance management system(SPMS) that is balancing quantitative/qualitative indicators and short-term/long-term indicators. I believe the results of this study can contribute to making developmental strategies of Korean business accreditation.
