초록1 공기업과 대기업, 금융기관을 중심으로 일정 비율을 고졸자로 취업시키는 정책이 2011년 하반기부터 실시되고 있다. 정부의 고졸취업 정책이 본격적으로 실시된 지 1년이 지난 시점에서 정책의 성과와 만족도를 분석해 보는 것은 국가의 인력양성 정책에 중요한 실마리를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 인력공급자에 해당되는 고졸취업자의 만족도와 인력수요자인 기업의 만족도를 조사하여 고졸취업 정책의 실효성과 향후 발전방향을 모색하는데 목적이 있으며 전국 6개 지역의 상업계 특성화고등학교의 고졸취업자들과 이들 직장의 인사담당자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회수된 유효 설문지를 PASW ver18.0을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 고졸취업자에게는 정부의 고졸취업정책과 취업준비환경이, 기업의 인사담당자들에게는 정부의 고졸취업 정책과 취업 교육과정이 만족도에 의미있는 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
초록2 It was almost 2 years since government has driven the policy that large companies, financial institutions, public corporations should employ some portions of emploees with high school graduates. The policy was carried out from the second half of 2011. Looking at the performance of the policy is very important and meaningful. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the effectiveness of the policy, high school employment and the future direction by examining the satisfaction of users(personnel staffs) and high school graduates from six regions of the country as the representatives. 270 valid questionnaires were used to analyze with PASW ver18.0, The results are as follows. Government employment policy and environment for high school graduates are very effective on their satisfaction to high school students. Also government employment policy and environment training courses for them are very meaningful and significant on their satisfaction to HR personnel staffs in corporates.
