초록1 본 연구의 주목적은 ERP 도입성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석해 보는 것이다. 이를 위해 관련 선행문헌에 대한 종합적인 고찰 결과를 토대로 연구모델을 구축하였으며, ERP를 도입한지 1년 이상 경과한 국내 중소제조기업의 실무자를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 조사결과 114개 기업으로부터 자료가 수집되었고, 수집된 자료를 활용하여 공분산구조모델분석을 통한 실증분석을 실시하였고, 분석결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최고경영자 지원, 사용자 참여도, 프로젝트팀 적정성이 업무 효율성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 최고경영자 지원, 사용자 참여도, 도입목표 명확성, 커뮤니케이션 활성화 요인이 사용자 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로, 업무 효율성은 사용자 만족도에, 그리고 업무 효율성 및 사용자 만족도는 모두 재무적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
초록2 The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing ERP introduction performance in small and medium manufacturing firms. Based on the literature reviews, this study derives five factors as determinants of ERP introduction performance. The data have been collected from 114 enterprises and the respondents were person in charge of ERP operation of each corporation. The results of hypotheses testing through covariance structural equation model analysis are summarized as follows. Firstly, top management support, user participation, introduction objectives clearness, and project team goodness have positive influence upon task efficiency. Secondly, top management support, user participation, introduction objectives clearness, and communication activation have positive influence upon user satisfaction. Lastly, task efficiency has positive influence upon user satisfaction, and task efficiency and user satisfaction have positive influence upon financial performance.
