The evaluation problems of information system project are multi-criteria decision-making problem. Many real worlds problems have network structure and interdependence property among considered alternatives or criteria. It is very important to reflect this interdependence property for IS project evaluation. In order to manage the effectiveness and efficiency of the telecommunications business, as well as to voluntarily challenge highly complicated and intelligent environment, unification and openness in Telecommunication Management Network (TMN) methodology are necessary. In order to lessen the partiality or the prejudice of individual decision maker and determine the degree of interdependence, we suggest a Delphi method or expert group interview in this paper. We also suggest an algorithm for check inconsistence of decision maker’s information. The proposed method is applied to the case study of K-Telecom for the evaluation of Telecommunication Management Network Operation Systems. We showed the reality and predominance of the proposed model in comparison to the traditional methods by applying to the real world problem of K-Telecom. |

정보시스템 평가에 대한 연구가 활발하게 발표되고 있다. 정보시스템 평가에 관한 문제는 다 기준 의사결정 문제이다. 무수하게 많은 정보시스템이 개발되어 지는 환경에서 효과적으로 정보시스템을 평가 하는 것은 다양한 환경만큼 중요하고 효율적인 자원 활용이라는 측면에서 더욱 중요하다. 본 연구는 자원들 간의 상호 의존적인 관계가 존재하는 환경하에서 최적의 자원 활용을 위한 모델을 제시하고 있다. 상호의존성을 고려한 여러 자원들 간의 중복됨이 없이 최적의 모델을 제시하고 평가하는 방법을 제시하고자 국내의 기업체의 사례를 통하여 실증 연구사례를 제시하고 있다. 또한 평가자들이 제시한 정보에 대하여 상호 일치성을 확인 하는 알고리즘을 제시하여 정보의 일치성을 확인하는 과정을 거치도록 하고 있다. |
