| 초록1 | 의료기관에서 모바일 혹은 유비쿼터스 시스템을 포함하는 첨단 통신기술의 중요성이 점차 증대되고 있다. 이는 이러한 기술이 효과적이면서 효율적일 뿐만 아니라 조직의 성과개선에도 영향을 미치고 있기 때문이다. 본 논문의 목적은 정보기술수용모형(TAM)을 이용한 유비쿼터스 만성질환자 서비스 활용과 관련하여 소비자 의도에 영향을 미치는 요소를 파악하는 데 있다. 연구결과 여러 독립적 요인들이 사용자의 인지된 유용성은 물론 인지된 이용용이성에도 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 게다가 사용자들은 서비스 질이 높거나 사회적으로 미치는 영향이 매우 큰 경우에 유비쿼터스 만성질환자 서비스를 이용하는 경향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 이러한 기술에 대한 유용성과 이용용이성은 사용자 태도에 영향을 미치며 이는 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 시스템에 맞춰 수정한 TAM을 통해 소비자의 행위에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소들을 파악할 수 있었다. | ||||||
| 초록2 | The importance of the high technology (hi-tech) telecommunications, such as mobile or ubiquitous system in the medical establishments, has increased and much attention has been paid to these technologies because it is very efficient and can improve the performance of an organization effectively. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting customers’ intention to use a ubiquitous health system using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The findings shows that users are willing to use ubiquitous health service if the quality of the service is highly and socially influential. The results also indicate that usefulness and perceived ease of use for these technologies influence user’s attitude which positively influences on the intention of use. This study identified the importance of customer’s behavior on ubiquitous system using TAM. The results also provided useful implications for ubiquitous health service providers, users, and practitioners in the medical industry while suggesting methods to enhance the usage of these technologies. | ||||||
